Compulsory Insurances are those that every person or organization must have, and failure to comply can result in penalties, including fines and imprisonment. What We Offer

Motor Third Party Insurance : required by the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act of 1950, covers liability for death, bodily injury, or property damage (up to ₦3,000,000) caused to third parties by your vehicle. Non-compliance can result in 1-year imprisonment, a fine of ₦250,000, or both. Employee Group Life Insurance : required by the Pension Reform Act of 2004, mandates employers with five (5) or more employees to provide life insurance coverage of at least three times the employee’s annual total emolument. Failure to comply can lead to 1-year imprisonment, a fine of ₦250,000, or both. Health Care Professional Indemnity, : required by the National Health Insurance Scheme Act of 1999, is mandatory for all licensed healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners, to protect against claims of professional negligence or malpractice. Insurance of Public Buildings : required by the Insurance Act of 2003, ensures that owners or occupiers of public buildings insure against risks like collapse, fire, earthquake, storm, or flood. Non-compliance can result in 1-year imprisonment, a fine of ₦100,000, or both. Insurance of Buildings under Construction : required by the Insurance Act of 2003, applies to buildings with more than two (2) floors under construction and covers liability for death, injury, or property damage caused by negligence or building collapse. Failure to comply can lead to 3-year imprisonment, a fine of ₦250,000, or both. Employers Liability Insurance : required by the Employee Compensation Act of 2010, mandates employers to contribute 1% of their total monthly payroll to the Employee Compensation Fund, providing compensation for employees or their dependents in cases of death, injury, or disability arising from work.
