Adekunle Ajayi is the CEO of Rachbuk insurance brokers. Prior to joining Rachbuk, he served as the deputy general manager in Goldlink insurance plc, overseeing the company’s Strategy implementation, research and business development , as well as insurance products optimization by ensuring that the products were more valuable to current clients and more attractive to new ones. Prior to Goldlink , Kunle held senior positions at Industrial General Insurance, where he managed one of the company’s prestigious branch. He had served as senior risk analyst , overseeing insurance risk analysis , pleacent via excellent insurance underwriting and efficient reinsurance arrangements at Liberty Assurance Company, Elmac Assurance and had equally worked with NEM Insurance Plc. Kunle is qualified as chartered associate of Insurance Institute of London and brings over four decades of professional experience and corporate sectors. He is a member of Certified Board of Administration and Institute of Credit and Risk Management of Nigeria and fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria .
Victoria Olajumoke Ogundipe is a graduate of Pure and Applied Physics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. With a versatile background spanning biomedical technology, laboratory management, and media communications, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to the insurance industry. As Head of Technical Operations at Rachbuk Insurance Brokers Limited, she oversees policy placements, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives that strengthen client service and operational efficiency. Victoria has also undertaken specialized trainings in insurance underwriting, claims, and reinsurance, positioning her as a forward-thinking professional passionate about innovation and excellence.
Yetunde Daini is a graduate of English from Olabisi Onabanjo University and an experienced insurance professional with over six years in the industry. Her career spans brand promotion, customer service, immigration services, and insurance, giving her a well-rounded background. Passionate about regulatory compliance, she ensures that all processes and procedures meet industry standards while introducing innovative approaches to compliance. Yetunde is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
